• Products returned must be purchased directly through Gottschalk Music Center.
• Returns must be processed within 15 days of purchase. If you try to return outside of this window, we will be unable to process.
• All product returns are subject to evaluation to ensure there is no damage.
• All packaged products must be unopened upon return.
• All returns are for store credit only or you can choose to exchange the item.
• All used gear is final sale and non-refundable.
